Arnos Park has mature trees, Pymme's Brook, a wildflower meadow and rewilded areas (to encourage growth of flowers in ancient woodlands).

Alex will be using the Grow to Know exercise to support you in having a deeper and more personal connection to nature. (you can use this on your own or, ideally, with friends)

This will also mean we will be walking a little less and wandering a lot more!

We will meet at the gate at the end of Arnos Road (you can walk down from Arnos Grove tube station, past the Arnos Arms).

We will meet here (Google Maps link)
